Bachelor’s degree in biological life or science, engineering, physics, or other related fields, but if you have a baccalaureate degree with the combination of 30 semester hrs in bio, chemistry, &/or physics, it can be used as an alternative.
• Route Two: Baccalaureate degree, ASCP specialist or scientist/technologist certificate, and clinical experience in flow cytometry (three years), or industry, veterinary, or research experience of three years in flow cytometry can be used as an alternative.
• Route Three: Flow cytometry clinical experience (three years) or industry, research, or veterinary experience in flow cytometry (three years) and master’s degree in physics, biological life/science, engineering, or other appreciate fields.
• Route Four: Flow cytometry clinical experience of three years or research, industry, or veterinary experience in flow cytometry (three years) and a doctorate in engineering, physics, or other relevant fields.

International SCYM ASCPi

• Route One: Flow cytometry four years full-time clinical experience or veterinary, research, or industry experience in flow cytometry (four years) and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological life or science, physics, or other related fields, or bachelor’s with a combination of 30 semester hrs in physics or/and biology and chemistry.
• Route Two: Baccalaureate degree, ASCP/ASCPi specialist or scientist/technologist certificate, and industry, veterinary, or research experience of three years in flow cytometry or clinical experience in flow cytometry (three years).
• Route Three: Master’s degree in physics, engineering, or other appreciate fields and 3 years of flow cytometry clinical experience or 3 years of industry, research, or veterinary experience in flow cytometry.
• Route Four: A doctorate in physics, engineering, or other field (relevant) and 3 years of industry, research, or veterinary experience or clinical experience in flow cytometry.
